We understand you need to receive your order as quickly as possible. Please ensure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact number, so we can contact you if any issues should arise with your order.
All orders will be packed and despatched within 24 hours of receiving the order if stock is available.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am – 4:30pm AEST.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be packed and despatched on the next business day.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be despatched.
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. If your product is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours and provide the expected date of arrival or your full refund.
We deliver products Australia wide using a wide range of couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Shipping times are estimated at between 2-10 business days depending on your location within Australia
If PICK UP is selected as the shipping method, it will be from our factory located at 19 Commercial Drive, Dandenong South Vic 3175. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by TNT Express or Australia Post.
We highly recommend that you choose a delivery address, where during the main course of the day someone is present to accept your delivery. Your workplace is the ideal delivery point. Couriers cannot guarantee a delivery date or time due to the high volume of their deliveries, however the majority of deliveries are between 9:30am and 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
You will be required to accept delivery in person and sign supplied documents, or have someone present to accept the delivery on your behalf.
Deliveries greater than 30kg will require suitable lifting equipment (forklift or reach truck) to unload. It is the responsibility of the customer to have the correct lifting equipment onsite.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed once original products are received, condition assessed and approved for refund.
Approved refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method.
Faulty items will be assessed by our team and repaired, replaced, or refunded on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to repair if possible.
If we supply you with an incorrect product, we will supply you with the correct product once the incorrect product has been returned. In the event of a wrong product being supplied, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The shipping cost incurred will be paid by eiengineering.
If products are damaged in transit, you will need to contact us by email within 48 hours after receiving your order. We will supply you with a replacement product once the damaged product has been returned. The shipping cost incurred will be paid by eiengineering.
Our Refund Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Please get in touch via [email protected] with any queries regarding your online purchase or return.
