The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is available exclusively for new customers purchasing their first eiengineering GP Bucket. Customers who have previously purchased a GP Bucket are not eligible for this offer. 

Refunds apply to the cost of the GP Bucket only. Shipping and Transport fees will not be refunded.

All details relating to the 30 day Money Back Guarantee can be changed or cancelled by eiengineering with 30 days published notice.

ELIGIBILITY

To be available for a full return the following conditions must be met:

• A written claim must be received within 30 days of receiving your eiengineeering GP Bucket stating the reason why you are dissatisfied with performance of the Bucket. The written claim must be emailed to [email protected]
• You must be a paid up customer and provide proof of purchase that you have purchased a new GP Bucket from us or one of our dealers
• The GP Bucket must be in good / working condition and complete when returned
• GP Bucket must be used for their intended use, damage caused by misuse will result in voiding the 30 day Money Back Guarantee
• Proof of condition via photos may be requested by eiengineering
• All customers must complete an Bucket Returns Survey prior to processing your return (Refer to Our Return Process below)
• A fair go policy applies. You may not use the 30 day Money Back Guarantee in a manner which is ‘unreasonable’ or ‘unacceptable’

As part of the Returns process, we may provide you with recommendations to help you improve your experience in using the GP Bucket, so we ask to consider these recommendations as it will provide you with best operational performance.

Note: This 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to only one GP Bucket per company. If you have purchased multiple sizes of GP Buckets in the same order, only one bucket is eligible for a refund.

ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

• All eiengineering GP Buckets purchased from 1 October 2024, 9AM AEST are eligible for the 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
• The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee starts on the date that the eligible eiengineering GP Bucket is delivered to the customer.

OUR RETURNS PROCESS

To help us understand how to improve your experience, we require all customers to complete a Bucket Returns Survey prior to processing your return. This helps us to continue to improve our Products. We want to make GP Buckets that increases your efficiency – so we’re grateful for your support on this.

• We will send you the Bucket Returns Survey process within 12 hours of you requesting a return.

TRANSPORTING THE BUCKET BACK TO US

The process for returning GP Bucket is as follows:

• You must arrange and pay for the GP Bucket to be transported to our factory at 19 Commercial Drive, Dandenong South VIC 3175
• The return transport fee is not covered under our 30 day Money Back Guarantee
• You must provide a consignment note or tracking details for the transport.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

The process for refunding your GP Bucket will be as follows:

• You will receive your refund you after we have received the GP Bucket in good / working condition and complete at our factory at 19 Commercial Drive, Dandenong South VIC 3175
• The refund will be processed via the original method of payment (If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask for your bank details to complete the transfer)
• Once we have received the returned GP Bucket, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
